About Restaurant Water Filters
Restaurant Water Filters is an online dealer of commercial water filtration — the systems, heads and replacement cartridges that sit upstream of your ice machine, espresso machine, fountain, steamer and combi oven.
We are a small operation run by commercial equipment dealers. Our sister company, Commercial Air Purifiers, has sold specified filtration equipment to independent operators since 2025 on the same principle we run here: publish the specifications, publish the price, and tell people the truth about what a product does and does not do.
Who we built this for
Independent operators. The owner who is also the GM. Bars, cigar lounges, cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, and small groups of one to five locations — the businesses where a dead ice machine on a Friday is not an inconvenience, it is the weekend's revenue.
You are the reason this site reads the way it does. You already know what your equipment is. You do not need to be sold on the concept of a water filter. What you need is to know which one, why that one, and what it costs — without a phone call, a quote request, or a sales rep who learns your equipment from you.
How we work
We spec to the machine and the water, not to the cart. The right filter is a function of two things: what your equipment manufacturer requires, and what comes out of your tap. A filter sized below your machine's service flow rate will not protect it. We publish flow rate, rated capacity, micron rating and the manufacturer's spec sheet on every product page so you can check our work.
We publish prices. Every product, every cartridge, on the page. No quote forms.
We show our sources. Where we state a specification, a warranty clause or a figure, it comes from a manufacturer or government document and we link it. Where a number cannot be verified from a primary source, we leave it out rather than repeat what the rest of the internet says. This costs us some confident-sounding sentences. We think it is the whole point.
We remind you. Most commercial cartridges are due about every six months, and almost nobody has that on a calendar. Join the reminder list and we will tell you when yours is due — free, whether or not you bought it from us. If that means you buy the replacement somewhere else, so be it. A filter that got changed on time did its job, and that is the outcome we are actually selling.
What we are not
We are not a manufacturer, and we do not test filtration equipment ourselves. We are a dealer. What we contribute is the specification work: matching the equipment to the filter, reading the manufacturer documentation carefully, and being straight with you about what it says.
Questions about your setup? Get in touch — tell us the make and model of the equipment and where you are, and we will tell you what fits.
